Ensuring Accuracy
At our state-of the-art data-centers we have developed extremely cost effective, highly accurate turnkey value-added electronic data capture tools. We meet the exacting requirements of our clients by implementing the Japanese "zero-defect" approach to turnkey job work. Cal-Sierra Technologies and their partners are the only organization that has developed and implemented a unique and proven scientific process, we call the "ENTER-ENTER-COMPARE-COMPARE-COMPARE" process, which ensures an extremely high reliability level, guaranteed at 99.995%. By utilizing this "ENTER-ENTER-COMPARE-COMPARE-COMPARE" proprietary intelligent computer program, all errors are corrected to yield a virtually error free file which guarantees an accuracy rate of greater than 99.995%.

The spell checked electronic files are then electronically proofread to guarantee the accuracy.
If even a single error is detected in a document during this process, then the entire batch is re-run. All the electronic files go through a Quality Assurance Software, specially developed for each specific application.

Automated System Tagging
Upon completing the ENTER-ENTER-COMPARE-COMPARE-COMPARE process the system automatically moves the data into the project workflow program. This program performs the tagging ethnology, which executes the first tagging, second tagging and compare tagging process. During this process, all data is reformatted into HIPAA compliant standard and is then line checked, spell checked, proofread, transmitted and shipped, followed by a 10% Post Shipment QA.
